How will I supply content for my website?
It is helpful if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form – for example, the files output by a digital camera and the copy/text in MS word or a similar format. We offer a place within your client account where you can upload large files directly to us for inclusion on your web project.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Of course! I have an in-house team of stellar WordPress experts. We are ready to answer questions and solve issues that may arise. Simply use the support form in your customer portal or send me an email. Same day reply, of course.
What is managed hosting?
Our team will take care of the setup, configuration and maintenance of the website, domain registration/administration, website backups, security hardening, server monitoring, uptime monitoring and website installation. Our hosting packages can be purchased as annual subscription or we can bill you monthly.
Will we need to have a face-to-face meeting to start the project together?
The majority of the time a meeting isn’t necessary and most of our websites are generally completed with contact via email/support queue and telephone only. We’ll publish your web project via our secure development server for you to view our work in progress. This way we can have regular communication to ensure you are getting exactly what you expected from us.
Is there phone support?
Let’s chat prior to getting started together. In my experience, the written record created by a text-based ticketing system solves problems efficiently and effectively; in a way phone conversations cannot. If you require telephone support just let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
Can you meet in person?
There are many things we can do for you; providing the ultimate in WordPress support & development is one of them. We’re glad to provide stellar virtual service, from our Arizona office.
